Choose from a variety of classic Ghanaian meals, such as jollof rice, waakye, red red, kelewele, banku with okra stew, fufu with palm nut soup, or omotuo with groundnut soup. Select your preferred dish, and we’ll handle the rest! Together with your cooking instructor, you’ll visit a local open-air food market to shop for the fresh ingredients needed for your meal. Enjoy the thrill of selecting the perfect components for your traditional dish while picking up essential market shopping skills.

Under the guidance of your instructor, you’ll learn to cook in true Ghanaian style, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions along the way. Once your meal is prepared, savor the delicious flavors of your own creation, complemented by a refreshing fruit beverage that you made as well. Capture the memorable moments with videos and photos throughout the experience.
