Meetings
Beyondtours can handle your corporate meetings from inception to completion. We have access to a myriad of meeting spaces at discounted rates and have the expertise to ensure that your meetings go off without a hitch. We specialise in a variety of set-ups that can affectively accommodate your business meetings; be it local, inbound or outbound.
Meetings are vital for management and communication. Properly run meetings save time, increase productivity, and also provide platforms to solve problems and discuss vital issues. New technology also allows for us to provide several alternatives to the conventional face-to-face meeting around a table; for example phone and video-conferencing, increasingly mobile and web-based. These ‘virtual meeting’ methods save time and money. We also grant the opportunity for optional cultural extensions, especially for the inbound meetings. Our payment system is simple. We process all major credit cards (Master Card, Visa and American Express) via our secured online processing system and accept wire transfers. For local meetings, we also accept local cheques.
Exhibitions
Exhibition management does not start on the day of the conference or trade show. There is a great deal of preparation that must be done. The process begins with understanding the offering of the client, and subsequently creating an exhibition stand or space that can adequately represent this. Taking into consideration branding and interior design, we provide 3D designs for you to choose from before production will begin.

Through the use of our exclusive relationship with Avis Rent-A-Car, we can provide ground transportation for our clients for groups of varying sizes.

Meal Arrangements
We can make meal arrangements for groups of varying sizes. We can provide suggestions based on preferred cuisine, group size or proximity to hotel. These meals can be organized as a buffet, which is typically the norm for large groups, or à la carte. We can also provide themes and entertainment for your meals.
Hotel Reservations
As is characteristic of inbound and outbound conferences, a large number of hotel reservations would need to be made in the conference destination city. We secure competitive rates for these group bookings and manage the reservations the entire period.
